Amber Peters
Director / Camera / Producer
Since graduating from Algonquin College's School of Television Broadcasting and Interactive Multimedia Program, Amber has accumulated 10 years of experience in both television and film productions. Some of her films credits include "J-Men" where she met the love of her life, and The “Heat of the Moment” where she spent her time crawling through swamps. She has also worked as a Production Assistant on several TV series. A former Trekkie, Amber has moved to the "other side" (not the Dark Side) in this production of "Vader's Apprentice" and wishes to thank everyone who worked so hard with her on this production to make it a success.

Jean Vaillancourt
Lead Chereographer

Amber discovered Jean while taken a Sword Handling course at Algonquin. Making him a perfect candidate for the position of Lead Chereographer.

Jean's many talents include Kenjutsu swordhandling, Broadsword and armour making.

Justin Chow
Assistant Chereographer / Assistant Director

Assistant to Jean in the teachings at Algonquin, Justin helped with the chereography with both the 'light sabre" handling and hand to hand combat.

Shortly into the production, Amber thought he would make a good AD helping with shot direction.

Silvia Neuteboom
Location Manager
Silvia has worked in the Radiation Oncology Program at the Ottawa Hospital Cancer Center for the last ten years. Despite handling radioactive sources regularly, she still doesn't glow in the dark. After auditioning, she got sucked in to the wild world of behind-the-camera action and has thoroughly enjoyed wearing so many different hats on this production. Vader's Apprentice is her first film but it won't be her last!

Shade Ehsani
Lead Makeup Artist

It was a hard to find a makeup artist until the day before when Shade graciously volunteered her services in not only our creature creations but in our beautifying.

Her and the makeup team managed to gradually increase the speed of their job over the weeks of production.

Jason Cobill
Lead Visual Effects Artists

Films such as The X-men, The Italian Job, and The Matrix. Amber brought Jay in with great excitement.

With many years of experiance in the field , Jay volunteered to help make the film visually stimulating with special effects and its team.

Andrew Beere
Chief Editor
Andrew has been involved with amateur theatre on and off since he was twelve years old, and has been sword fighting for about as long. He's been a sci-fi fan since he was born, so when the chance to act, wield light sabers,
and be in a Star Wars fan film came up ... well, he had to think long and hard about that!

David Friend
aka Willow
Rotoscoping

Late in on Post Production, a call for help found David volunteering to help with the lightsabre effects. Amber greatly appreciates his hard work put into the project.
